The first containing the pictures of the Italian and French schools was bought by a banker of Brussels, and later sold in London. The second, comprising those of the German, Dutch and Flemish schools was bought by Mr. Thomas Moore Hade in conjunction with three other gentlemen, and conveyed in 1792 to Mr. Hade's house at Chatham.
